Video: Centro-matic - "Only In My Double Mind"

I'm not sure how I've managed to miss that Centro-matic's got a new album coming out in April, but they do, and it's called Candidate Waltz. Centro-matic's an American indie rock/american/alt. country/insert-meaningless-genre-name-here band from Denton, Texas who also perform under the name South San Gabriel. The only difference between the two band's are which songs frontman Will Johnson thinks fit best, with South San Gabriel focusing on the slower, more introspective songs. Johnson has also released two great solo albums, and he was the drummer of indie supergroup Monsters of Folk (Jim James of My Morning Jacket + Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis of Bright Eyes + M. Ward), plus he's worked with Drive-By Truckers and their frontman Patterson Hood on several occasions (including Hood's 2009 solo album Murdering Oscar (And Other Love Songs)).

From what I can find there's no release date set for Candidate Waltz yet, except for April in general. The band has released a video for the first single from the album, "Only In My Double Mind", which you can view below, and the album cover (above) and tracklist (below the video). If you head over to the official Centro-matic website you can also read the lyrics for the album, here. If you're unfamiliar with Centro-matic I'd suggest heading over to their Soundcloud page where they've got their entire discography available for listening.
