The Black Keys to release LP7 by the end of the year
Little over a year ago The Black Keys released one of 2010's best albums in Brothers and despite constantly touring since they've managed to finish their seventh studio album, and plan to release it by the end of the year. The Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach revealed this piece of information in an interview with Canadian website VOIR.CA and also mentioned that the album is "faster" and “more guitar and rock ‘n roll", and citing The Clash, The Cramps and The Rolling Stones as influences.
Personally I'm extremely excited about the prospect of a new Black Keys album, especially one influenced by those three bands, and while there's still no concrete information about tracklist, album name, artwork or release date this has jumped to the top of my "anticipated-list".

That's good to know!! Can't believe I haven't heard of it even though I'm Canadian.
