Watch: Dungen - "Blandband" (official video)


I definitely didn't expect to see a new Dungen video today but it's a nice surprise. The video was made Jenny Palén for the track "Blandband" from Dungen's 2010 record Skit I Allt. Watch it below.

Listen: Niki and the Dove - "Tomorrow"


I had no idea that Niki and the Dove would be premiering a new single last night but, as it turns out, that's exactly what they did. The track in question is called "Tomorrow" and premiered on Annie Mac's show on BBC Radio 1, and as expected it's quite great. It's taken from their upcoming debut album Instinct which will be released via Mercury Records on May 14. The band were kind enough to share a radio rip from the premiere on their YouTube page so go ahead and give it a listen below.

Watch: Icona Pop - "Nights Like This" (PSL Session)


Back in November I posted PSL's "Manners" session with Icona Pop and last week PSL unveiled a second video from the same shoot. This one for "Nights Like This", the title track of last year's excellent Nights Like This EP. Watch it below.

Watch: Porcelain Raft - "The Way In" (Best Fit Session)


Porcelain Raft, aka Mauro Remiddi, has released one of the best albums of 2012 so far in Strange Weekend and the good people over at The Line of Best Fit have filmed an excellent session video of Porcelain Raft performing Strange Weekend closer "The Way In". The session took place in Union Chapel in North London and Remiddi turns in a breathtaking performance, playing the song on a church organ. Watch it below.

The weekend before this Jack White stopped by Saturday Night Live to perform his single "Love Interruption" as well as a new track from his upcoming solo debut Blunderbuss called "Sixteen Saltines" and we've now got a proper studio version of the track available. Give it a listen below.

Last week I posted "Redemption" from the Swedish Americana outfit Amandine's brand new self-titled album, and today I've got another one for you. Amandine is a very fine piece of indie Americana and you'd do well to check it out for yourselves. The track in question is "Beneath The Birches", the second track on the LP, and you can listen to and download it below.

Watch: Sharon Van Etten & Shearwater - "Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around" (Stevie Nicks & Tom Petty cover)


The A.V. Club's Undercover series return for another year and this time they start with the amazing Sharon Van Etten and Shearwater teaming up to cover the Stevie Nicks/Tom Petty "Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around" from 1981. It turns out pretty great so go ahead and watch it below.

Watch: Veronica Falls - "My Heart Beats" (official video)


Veronica Falls' excellent self-titled debut was probably last year's best indie pop album and now they've returned with their first new music since the lp with "My Heart Beats". The track is their catchiest to date and it premiered today on The Line of Best Fit, so go ahead and watch the video below and keep your eye out for their second lp - although that's probably going to take awhile.

Watch: Philco Fiction - "Finally" (official video)

The Norwegians in Philco Fiction are releasing their EP Finally worldwide today via Brilliance and to celebrate the release they've also unveiled a video for the excellent title track. The video premiered on The Guardian earlier today and you can watch it below.

Watch: Glossary - "Under A Barking Moon" (official video)


Murfreesboro, TN roots rock act Glossary released the very strong Long Live All Of Us last year and last week they released a video for one of its strongest tracks; "Under A Barking Moon". The video was made by Glossary frontman Joey Kneiser, it's kinda weird and you can watch it below. Fans of The Band and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' good stuff should definitely check this out.

MP3: World Tour - "Believe"


If you happen to be a fan of Nordic pop music there's no reason for you not to love World Tour from Östersund, Sweden. The three-piece is set to release their debut EP Believe via Cascine on April 10 following last year's "Sparks" single.

We've got the brilliant title track from the EP available below for your listening and downloading pleasure. "Believe" is a definite keeper, so keep your eyes peeled for the full EP.
